However, if you missed your renewal or your payment didn't go through, you'll need to switch to the new plans. The new suite of UNLIMITED plans come with a whole lot more data for just 10 cents more - so it's worthwhile to make the switch.

Your plan isn't actually changing as you can stay on your plan at the same price and inclusions.

However, we're always looking for new ways to deliver awesome value and choice to our customers. That's why we've added more data to our UNLIMITED plans. For just 10 cents more each renewal period you can switch to one of our new plans or stay on your same plan for the same price. It's all about helping you make the best decision for your mobile plan.

Switching between plans is easy, simply text the shortcut of the plan you want to 568 and it will schedule the plan change instantly. Alternatively, head to Manage plan in My amaysim, or log in to the amaysim app and follow the prompts to change your plan. Read our help article on how to change plans.

Before you make the switch, remember that it'll happen immediately and you can't go back to your current UNLIMITED plan. So it's best to wait until your current plan expires before making the move.

Adding extra data to your plan is easy! If you've linked a payment method to your account, you'll simply need to text the shortcut of the data top-up/data plan that you're trying to add to 568, alternatively log in to the amaysim app or head to Manage plan in My amaysim.
